We have designed an ultra-luxurious three-story residence on a compact 30' × 40' plot, incorporating all the client's desired amenities. The ground floor features parking, a grand double-height entrance, a formal sitting area, and a striking triple-height staircase enclosed in a glass and metal façade, which serves as a key daylight source. It also includes a guest bedroom and toilet. The first floor offers a spacious family living area with a balcony, an open dining space, a large island kitchen with storage and washing areas, and a master bedroom with a private balcony, walk-in dresser, and spa-inspired attached bath. The third floor consists of a common space, a temple area enclosed with a wooden-rattan and glass finished partition, a balcony, and two large bedrooms—one with a dressing area and toilet, and the other with a walk-in closet, bathtub, and attached toilet. The house blends modern and timeless aesthetics, using glass, wood, gold, marble and metal to create a luxurious yet functional living space.
