Plot Area:- 9420 SQ. FT. Construction Area:- 7600 SQ. FT. Design:- The design aims to integrate daylight into the built form. The site is accessible from roads on its north and south sides. The structure is planned according to Vastu principles. Every room, whether on the ground floor or the first floor, features an outdoor connection in the form of decks, bay windows, or balconies. The entry into the house begins with an east-facing, double-height entrance foyer lobby, which leads to the central area. Here, a spiral staircase within a central court connects both floors vertically. Semi-private areas, such as the living room, dining room, and temple, surround this central space. Private areas, including the bedrooms and kitchen, are located in each corner of the house, maintaining both connection and privacy.
